1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Uçgun AI (“Uçgun”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our mobile applications, web application, APIs, and marketing website (together, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who we are

3. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical data:
- Account data: email address, password (stored hashed), market/region preference, content language, workspace membership, and credit balance metadata.
- Guest sessions: a device/install identifier to provide trial access and reduce abuse; stored on your device and on our servers when you use guest mode.
- Sign-in providers: if you use Google or Telegram login, we receive identifiers and tokens needed to authenticate you (as permitted by those providers).
- Profile analysis: public social handles and platform names you submit; public profile and post metadata collected at your request via our data partners; AI-generated analysis stored as your report.
- User content: prompts, generated scripts, captions, creator scripts, media you upload for generation, planner entries, and performance check-ins.
- Integrations: if you connect TikTok or Instagram, OAuth tokens and metrics for insights (tokens encrypted at rest on our servers).
- Payments: credit packs via NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). We receive payment status and transaction references — not your wallet keys or card numbers.
- Marketing leads: optional contact details if you submit our website form.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, API logs, and security signals.
- On-device cache: the mobile app may store recent content locally for offline viewing until you clear app data.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide and improve the Service (generation, analysis, trends, workspaces, billing).
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- Process payments and credit your wallet.
- Send transactional email (e.g. password reset) when you request it.
- Generate AI outputs tailored to your market, language, and profile context.
- Produce aggregated, de-identified market signals where thresholds are met.
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
5. AI and automated processing
Core features use third-party AI (e.g. Google Gemini) and automated collection of public social data at your request. Content you submit — including public profile material you ask us to analyze — may be sent to these providers to produce outputs.
AI results can be inaccurate. Do not rely on them as legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice.
6. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (providing the Service); legitimate interests (security, improvement, aggregated analytics); consent where required; and legal obligation where applicable.
8. International transfers
We and our processors may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for the Service, disputes, and legal obligations. Profile analysis may be cached briefly to avoid duplicate scans. You may request deletion below.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and object to certain processing. EEA/UK users may complain to a supervisory authority.

11. Account deletion
In the mobile app or web app, open Settings and choose Delete account. Password accounts must enter their password; other accounts must type DELETE to confirm.
You may also email [email protected] with subject “Account deletion” from your registered email. We delete personal data promptly, except where retention is required by law or for billing disputes.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
13. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, encrypted OAuth tokens, access controls, and rate limiting. No system is completely secure.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified in-app or by email.
